This way you can ensure that when working as a team, the processes are not changed by mistake or inadvertently.

If what you are looking for is to prevent users from generating templates that do not follow the organization's standard, you can restrict users' permissions so that they cannot create their own templates or parallels, and they can only use those that are shared with those users.

To set up this type of restriction, you can add users with the Contributor role.

If you just need to block templates and parallels, so other users cannot change all of your settings, you can individually restrict each template.
