When you send a Parallel, your recipients will receive an email with a clickable link. By default, this link is using the www.onparallel.com domain. As part of some of our plans, you will be able to make this a domain of yours.

What to do

  1. Decide on the domain name, for example, parallel.yourcompany.com.

  2. Your IT department needs to create a CNAME DNS record in your domain configuration that points to lb.onparallel.com. Capital letters are not allowed in domain or subdomain.

  3. Check that the CNAME is configured properly by opening this CNAME checking tool and typing in your selected domain. You should see something like the following:

If you don't see a row with your selected domain please ask your IT department to check if the record has been properly set.

  4. Get in touch with Customer Success or support@onparallel.com the DNS record has been created. We'll then make sure to connect it to your Parallel account.

  5. Your Customer Success Manager or Support will also make sure to order an HTTPS certificate on your behalf.
