Add Quick Access Cards for Key Processes

If you regularly start certain processes from profiles, you can streamline your workflow by adding quick access cards to launch those processes with just one click.

Follow these steps to configure your quick access cards:

  1. In the General tab of a profile, click “Add process”.

  2. This will take you to the Organization Settings > Profiles section.

  3. Under Key Processes, click “Add”

  4. In the new window that opens, give a name to the process, select a template and save. You can also add several templates if needed (for example the Spanish and English version of your KYC).

You can add up to 3 quick access cards per profile type.

📌 Note: Quick access cards are specific to each profile type. To use the same QACs in another profile type, you will need to configure them again.
