Do you need to have a valid copy of your employees ID? Do you need to know when a contract expires? Do you need to update the KYC of a client after a year because it is high risk? How do you keep track of everything? 🤯

At Parallel we take care of sending you alerts so that you have everything under control 🧘‍♀️.

As you already know if you have read about Profiles and how to create them, you can set up alerts on any property of a profile.

How to associate an alert to a property in your type of profiles

For example, in the "Individual" profile, you can have a Documents and Files property that is an ID.

To set this property to have an alert associated with it:

1️⃣ Go to Profiles.

2️⃣ Choose the type of profile that has the property to which you want to associate an alert.

3️⃣ Go to the three dots button next to the property where you want to set an alarm. Select Edit property.

Enable the Expiration feature and select how long before the expiration date you want Parallel to start sending you notifications alerting you.

How will your alerts work?

➤ Next time someone creates a profile, and complete the information of the property that has an alarm, Parallel will ask them the expiration date.

➤ When an alert is activated because the expiration date of a property in a profile is approaching, your team will receive a notification like this one:
