If you already have an account with a digital signature provider, you can easily connect it to Parallel to send and manage signatures directly from the platform. Parallel currently supports integration with two providers: Signaturit and DocuSign.
Below is a step-by-step guide to configure the integration.
1. Access the Signature Integrations
In the side menu, go to Organization > Integrations. In this section, you’ll see the available digital signature providers: Signaturit or DocuSign.
2. Select the Signature Provider
Click on the provider you want to connect.
You will access the Signature Integrations panel.
Click Add provider.
Select the provider you want to integrate.
3. Connecting Signaturit
If you choose Signaturit, you will need to enter your API key.
You can obtain your API key directly from your Signaturit account. Once you have it, copy the API key into the corresponding field in Parallel.
4. Connecting DocuSign
If you choose DocuSign, click Authorize.
A pop-up window will appear asking you to log into your DocuSign account and confirm the authorization for the integration.
¿What happens after connecting the provider?
Once the integration is set up, you can start signature processes directly from Parallel.
Each document will be sent for signature using your connected provider, and you’ll be able to track the status of each signature within the platform.
