Depending on the plan your organization has, you will have a specific limit of users, parallels, and signatures (if applicable).
You will be able to track the usage of your organization from the Usage page in your Organization settings.
To access this tab, first select the menu with your initials at the bottom left of the platform.
In the displayed menu, you will find your Organization.
From here, we will go to the Usage page.
Once here, you will be able to control, at any time, the number of users or parallels used within the chosen limit.
📌 Note: If you detect that the number of contracted users or parallels is close to or reaches the limit, you can contact us from the support chat to extend the limit. |
