As you know, by default, the list of parallels shows all the processes you have created or that someone has shared with you in order of creation, from the most recent to the oldest.

To make it easier to find and control your parallels, you have the filters of the list of parallels. You can filter by status, by who it is shared with, by tags, etc. You can even filter by the signature status of your parallel!

In fact, you might be more interested in having a filtered view of your parallels, rather than a list of all parallels.

That's why views exist. 👀

By default, on your home page you will have 4 views of your list of parallels:

  • All: shows all the processes you have created or that someone has shared with you in order of creation, from the most recent to the oldest.

  • In progress: shows all the processes that are pending or completed. That is, it is a list of parallels in which the status filter is permanently applied.

  • Closed: shows all the processes that are closed, also applying the status filter.

  • Drafts: shows all draft processes. That is, they have not been started or sent.

These are just examples!

If these examples do not work for you, you can ❌ delete these views:

So, you can also create the one that is most useful for you.

Create new views

In your parallels list, 1️⃣ apply the filters you are most interested in and 2️⃣ save the view here:

A window will appear to name the view:

👉 For example, if I am a sales rep and I want to have a view to see the contracts that are pending signature, I can go to my parallels list, filter by signature status, choose pending signature, and save it!

Also, if you want one of your views to open by default when you go to Home page (instead of having a list of all parallels) ⭐️ mark it as your default view! ⭐️
