So far, we have seen the most dynamic part of Parallel, which helps you collect information and documentation, automate the creation of contracts and send them to sign.

But you are probably wondering.... And when I'm done with a particular process, what do I do? Where do I store it? How do I remember what was on each form/contract?

What are Parallel Profiles?

Parallel Profiles allows you to have your legal database in one place. It is your legal CRM.

Here are some examples:

  • If you are part of an in-house legal team, Parallel's Profiles will allow you to control the lifecycle of your contracts, the special clauses your contract includes, and much more!

  • If you are part of a compliance team or KYC analysts, you will be able to easily create your client's files with all the relevant information/documentation, with on-the-fly classifications according to the level of risk detected.

Moreover, this database is intelligent 🧐, it helps you not to miss anything thanks to alerts!

What are alerts?

Each Parallel profile will create alerts ⏰ associated with information that has expiration. For instance, this includes ID expiration, contract expiry, or KYC updates (KYC refresh).

Thanks to the alerts, you will not miss anything 💡.
