Usually, your clients (or any other third person) do not have all the information you request when you ask for it. Likewise, they may not provide all the correct documents you need.
For these reasons, you may need to chase your clients to get all the information you need to do your work.
The task of following up can end up consuming 25% of your work time. That is why Parallel has added the reminder feature to help you.
What is a reminder? ๐
A reminder is an email that will be sent to your client to let him/her know that he/she still has information pending to send you.

Type of reminders
At Parallel we have created two different types of reminders, automatic and manual, so you can use the one that is most convenient for you.
โฑ Automatic reminders
Parallel's automatic reminders have the following characteristics:
๐ก They are smart. Parallel reminds your recipients only of the information that they have yet to complete, and it takes care to exclude from the information list the items they have already answered to.
โ
For example, if you sent a parallel asking for 5 documents and your recipients have only uploaded 3 of them, the reminder will only inform them that they need to respond to the other 2 missing documents.
โ๐ They are programmable. You can schedule Parallel to automatically send reminders so that you can focus on other tasks.
โ
Scheduled reminders will stop automatically as soon as the recipient has completed the parallel.

๐ Manual reminders
A manual reminder is a reminder that you can send directly from the Parallel platform, whenever you want, without the need to have programmed it beforehand.
You can send as many manual reminders as you need. You can also add a custom message to the recipient if needed.
