Parallel's Overview Report allows you to obtain an overview of the usage of your templates and the aggregated status of your parallels.

⚠️ Remember, only admins can access to this page.

How to generate an Overview report

To generate an Overview report, you only have to access the Reports page that you will find in your navigation menu and select Overview.

Once there, select the time framework 🗓️ for which you want to get the metrics.

Click Generate.

And that's it! You have your reports generated. Now let's see what each metric means.

Metrics

Once generated and Overview report, you will get a series of data and graphs, let's see what each one means.

1️⃣ First, you will see the aggregated status of all the existing parallels in your organization.

  • Total parallels: This is the total number of parallels created in the organization.

  • Completed: This is the total parallels completed in the organization.

  • Closed: This is the total parallels closed in the organization.

  • Signed: This is the total signatures completed in the organization, through one of our integrated eSignature providers. Processes in which a signer hasn't yet signed aren't included.

⚠️ None of the above metrics include deleted o parallels or unanswered drafts.

2️⃣ You will then see a list of all the templates in your organization. At the right top of this list, you can choose between two views, a Status view and a Time view.

  • Status: Shows how many parallels from that template have been created, completed, signed and closed. That is, it is a breakdown of the aggregated data, for each template.

  • Time: Shows the average time that the parallels of a template are in each status.

    • Total: This is the average time that takes the parallels to be closed. That is, from Pending to Closed.

    • Time to complete: This is the average time that takes the parallels to be Completed. This takes into consideration parallels that are completed internally as well as those sent to third parties.

    • Time to sign: This is the average time that takes the documents to be signed once they have been sent.

    • Time to close: This is the average time that takes the parallels to go from Completed to Closed.

⚠️ None of the above metrics include deleted o parallels or unanswered drafts.

You will see that if there are templates that have been deleted in the organization, the Report they will indicate the aggregated data: Parallels without a template.

📩 You can download this report in an Excel document.
