The replies report consists of an Excel document that you can download with the replies from all the parallels of a particular template.

This will allow you to work with the replies from your parallels, extract statistics, all kinds of data, and detailed reports according to your interests.

⚠️ Remember that you can configure your permissions so that only certain users can access this report.

You can find it in the navigation menu > Reports.

How to generate the report

To get the replies report for a template, you just have to access the Reports button that you will find in the navigation menu and select Replies.

Once there, select:

  • The template from which you want to get the statistics, and

  • the time frame for which you want to get the data.

Click on Generate.

And that's it! You now have your responses report.

Report data

In addition to the responses to the questions of the parallels, this report also includes the following data:

  • Parallel ID: Unique identifier of a specific parallel. Very useful for integrations.

  • Parallel name: Name of the parallel, as it appears in the Home dashboard.

  • Recipient names: Name of the contact recipient to whom you have sent the parallel to complete. If the parallel has been completed internally and, for example, has only been sent for signing, this box will appear empty.

  • Recipient emails: Email address of the contact recipient to whom you have sent the parallel to complete. If the parallel has been completed internally and, for example, has only been sent for signing, this box will appear empty. Remember that the person who completes the parallel does not have to be the one who signs it.

  • Sent at: Date on which you sent the parallel to be completed. If the parallel has been completed internally and, for example, has only been sent for signing, this box will appear empty.

  • Sent by: Name of the user from your organization who sent the parallel.

  • Owner: Owner of the parallel. This can be set by default in the automatically assign functionality.

  • Tags: Tags assigned to that parallel. You can learn more about parallels tags here.

  • Status: Indicates the status of the parallel. Here you can learn more about the different statuses.

  • Signature status: Refers to the electronic signature status of that parallel, if electronic signature is active and configured in the template. We explain here the different signature statuses.

  • Completed at: Indicates the date on which the parallel was completed, that is, when the Finish button was pressed. If it's empty, it means that the parallel has not been completed yet.

  • Closed at: Indicates the date on which the user closed that parallel. If it's empty, it means that no user has yet closed the parallel.

  • Signed at: Indicates the date on which the parallel was signed. If it's empty, it means that the parallel has not yet been signed, or that this parallel does not have a signing process configured.
