At Parallel, the most efficient way to work with profiles and parallels is to start your processes from a profile. This workflow is cyclical:
You start the process from a profile.
You complete the parallel, collecting information in a form.
Once the parallel is closed, the information is fed back into the profile, enriching it with new data.
The profile is now ready to be reused for future processes.
This ensures consistency, reduces repetitive data entry, and builds a single source of truth for each client, supplier, or entity.
How to start a Parallel from a Profile
Go to the Profiles section.
Select the profile you want to work with.
In the Parallels tab, click New parallel, o click one of the quick access cards.
Choose the template you want to use.
The new parallel will be automatically linked to the profile.
Reviewing and Updating Profiles after Closing a Parallel
When you finish a form and review it:
Click Close parallel.
The Associate profiles window will open.
Since you created the parallel from a client profile, that profile will already be associated. You just need to update it with the information collected.
If there is any discrepancy between existing profile data and newly collected data, the system will alert you and let you decide which version to keep.
For other related people in the process (e.g. legal representatives, UBOs, etc.), you can:
Create a new profile for them, or
Search for an existing profile in your database and link it.
As a result now the client’s profile is updated with the new data and all related profiles are connected. The parallel itself is also linked to the profile and can be found in the Parallels tab.
This means that if you want to launch a new process for this client (for example, a contract), you can start it directly from the profile and pre-fill it with all the information already collected.
