We’ve introduced a new team-level permission, similar to a super admin role, that allows users to access all parallels and templates across the organization — without needing them to be shared one by one.
If your organization manages a large number of users who handle different parallels and templates, this feature gives managers and administrators much greater control and visibility.
What is this permission for?
The main goal of this permission is to help managers and administrators:
Get a complete overview of all parallels and templates in the organization
Avoid having to manually share every parallel or template
Improve internal supervision and process optimization
Improve integration workflows
How to enable full access
ℹ️ This feature is available upon request. To activate it, please contact the Parallel support team.
Once the Parallel team has enabled this option for your organization:
The permission will appear in the team permissions list
It is called “Enable full access to parallels”
Select "Grant" to activate this permission to a specific team.
Any team member with this permission will be able to access all parallels and templates in the organization
