Add new contacts

When you send a parallel to a recipient, the recipient is considered a contact.

You can create contacts either when sending a parallel or in Parallel's contact list. In the latter case, you can add them individually or import them in bulk.

Add new contacts when sending a Parallel

If you have already created the parallel, you want to send it, but you have not saved your recipient's contact before in Parallel, don't worry, you can create it when sending the parallel.

Click on:

(in the top right corner of your Parallel) when you have finished creating the parallel so that the following window opens:

To add a new contact, enter your recipient's valid email and the Create new contact option will appear.

Select the option to Create a new contact. A following window will open for you to fill in the contact details.

Once you have filled in all the information, click

and the contact will be both added to your Contact List and as a recipient of the parallel you have created.

Add new contacts in your contact list

Go to Contacts in Parallel's side menu.

On this page you will see your contact list, i.e. contacts that have already been created. In the top right corner of such list, you will see two features:

To create a new contact, click on

so that the window to fill in your contact details opens.

Once you have filled in all the information, click

and the contact will be added to your Contact List
