Sometimes you want to your colleagues to be able to send parallels on behalf of other users in your organization, or from a common email.

For example:

  • You want some users to be able to send onboarding parallels to new employees from a common account called "People onboarding (people.onboarding@organization.com)"

  • You need to a user to be able to send a KYC from another colleague's account because she/he is on vacation

In this case, you have to use the DELEGATES feature.

In this article you will learn:

How to allow a colleague to send parallels on your behalf

This feature allows you to assign a user permission to send parallels under another user's name. How to activate it? Well, very easy, follow my instructions:

1️⃣ Log in to the user's parallel account who has to give permission to others, so that they can send parallels on her/his behalf.

2️⃣ Go to the personal menu and click > Settings

3️⃣ In the Account section, you will see the Delegates feature.

4️⃣ Introduce your colleagues' users that you want to allow to send parallels on your behalf.

And ready! 🚀

⚠️ This functionality is not available in all plans, to activate it please write to us at support@onparallel.com
